I. Undergarments (Underwear & socks) are not returnable.
II. The product should be kept with normal conscientiousness and returned intact, complete in all its parts, with no signs of wear or dirt, it should not have been used, worn, washed or damaged.
III. Please keep the packaging, including box and tags
IV. Please Exchange/Withdraw within 7 days.
Exchanging:
We send a delivery person to pick up the purchased product at your assigned address, and send the new product to the same 7-11 store or address that was assigned. NT$200 service fee will be charged.
Withdrawal:
1. NT$200 service fee will be charged.
2. The refund takes 3~5 working days, after we receive and confirm the integrity of the returned product.
3. The complete integrity of the item is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
